for the Medal of Honor. The eleven men featured in the Family Net video VALOR all wrote an inspirational
story for the book.

A Gathering of Eagles is the first book of a series. The book offers wisdom or "advice for life"
from leaders in five categories:
- Individuals who received the Medal of Honor, the nation's highest award for
valor
- Military leaders, admirals and generals
- Ex-POW's, those who endured more for freedom than any other group
- Political leaders, to include the President, senators, congressmen, and governors
- Leaders in religion
The book includes advice from 345 leaders to include President George Busch, General Colin Powell,
Norman Schwarzkopf, Billy Graham, and James Dobson.
